Gibs and sliding surfaces coated with Turcite-B are hand-scaped to create oil pockets and grooces for precise motion and durablity of the machine. SKilled craftsmen perform continuous surface trimming to adjust flatness, squareness and straightness to satisfy accuracy requirements.
